Grid & Ink provides tools for generating and working with maps and related geographic content.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Accounts

You may sign in using Google authentication through Supabase. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• Any activity conducted under your account
• Ensuring your login credentials remain secure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using Grid & Ink. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You agree not to upload or generate content that:

• Violates laws or regulations
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains malicious code
• Is abusive, harmful, or fraudulent

4. Map Data and Third-Party Services

Grid & Ink uses geographic data provided by OpenStreetMap and other third-party services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data sources.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

5. Analytics and Infrastructure

The Service is hosted and monitored using services including:

• Vercel
• Supabase

Temporary outages, interruptions, or changes may occur without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, software, and Service functionality related to Grid & Ink are owned by us or licensed to us, except for third-party content and user-generated content.

You may not:

• Copy or reverse engineer the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Resell or exploit the Service without permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Grid & Ink is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fully accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grid & Ink and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if users violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
