1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Grid & Ink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the studio.
2. Description of Service
Grid & Ink is a browser-based digital design tool that allows users to generate, customize, and export digital map graphics and 300 DPI master files. We provide digital assets; we do not inherently manufacture or ship physical goods directly through the software web app.
3. Intellectual Property & Commercial Use
You retain full commercial rights to the digital map files and exports you generate using our tool. You are permitted to use exported assets for personal decor, client projects, or digital e-commerce stores (such as Etsy). However, you may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the underlying Grid & Ink software platform or code base.
4. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes, automated scraping, or actions that compromise the performance or integrity of our infrastructure.
5. Limitation of Liability
Grid & Ink is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or inability to export files.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Grid & Ink following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
